Wirtgen Group appoints new dealer for the Mexican market

Effective April 1, the Wirtgen Group has appointed Construmac S.A. as their exclusive representative for the brands Wirtgen, Vögele, Hamm and Ciber in Mexico. Construmac officially takes over sales activities and customer service for the Wirtgen Group brands.

Jürgen Wirtgen, President of the Wirtgen Group, comments on the new dealership: “We will continue our strong commitment to the Mexican market with Construmac in order to serve our customers even more professional in sales and service for our brands and to strengthen the position of our market leading ‘Road and Mineral Technologies” in this very important market. A comprehensive product portfolio for Mexican customers

Wirtgen GmbH is the world market leader for cold milling machines and offers the broadest machine portfolio worldwide comprising currently 17 models. For soil stabilization Wirtgen offers self-propelled soil stabilizers on wheels and tractor-towed soil stabilizers. For the environmental friendly rehabilitation of roads, Wirtgen offers cold recycling equipment for in-situ or in-plant applications. Hot recycling equipment complements the product range. In the area of slipform paving 10 different machine models are available to the customers for offset and inset concrete applications. Wirtgen is also the market leader for Surface Miners manufacturing machines for the selective and economical mining of raw materials and minerals.

Joseph Vögele AG is the world market leader in road pavers and paving screeds. The exceptionally broad and state-of-the-art product portfolio offers road pavers of the SUPER series for the world markets, as well as pavers of the VISION series for the North American and Australian markets. Altogether, eleven tracked paver models and six wheeled paver models are available for most diverse requirement profiles. Offering paving capacities of up to 1,600 tonnes per hour, Vögele pavers enable even very large paving projects to be completed reliably and with economic efficiency. Vögele also offers a huge array of most diverse paving screeds to match the great variety of its range of road pavers. The screeds enable paving widths ranging from 0.5 to 16 metres. Vögele road pavers can be equipped with the user-friendly and highly ergonomic ErgoPlus operating concept, enabling machine operators to safely operate and control their machines. Hamm AG supplies extremely user-friendly compaction machines for a wide variety of jobs associated with road construction and earth works. With 100 years of experience in the compaction business, Hamm is the world market leader for tandem rollers over 7 tonnes. In the HD and HD+ series, the articulated tandem rollers for asphalt compaction are available with vibration or oscillation. Furthermore Hamm offers with its HD CompactLine ten all-rounders from 1.5 to 4.2 t which stand out through their impressive compaction and numerous technical innovations. The product range is completed by rubber-tyred rollers with operating weights between 8.8 and 28 t. The Series 3000 vibratory compactors from 5 to 25 t for soil compaction, are characterized by their intelligent Hammtronic control system handling the complete machine management.

Ciber is a pioneer and leader in the manufacturing of continuous counterflow asphalt plants in Latin America and offers state-of-the-art mobile and stationary plants for the production of asphalt mixtures in a wide range of performance classes. The product portfolio includes the mobile hot mix asphalt plants with an external pug-mill type mixer with a counterflow drying system and a high performance exclusive bag filter ensuring production of asphalt mixtures of greater quality and low operating costs in a environment friendly way. The asphalt batch plants provide a superior quality production process and make use of efficient aggregates dosing and weighing control that make a high production rate ensuring the excellence of the asphalt mixtures. The product portfolio also includes a line of high production cold mix plants.
